Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Client Manager to join our growing team.
This is an entry-level role designed for ambitious individuals looking to build a career in client management within the fast-paced world of digital marketing.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building strong, trust-based professional relationships.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients’ business and digital activity – products, services, competitors, KPIs, and marketing initiatives.
- Manage multiple projects, processes, and tasks simultaneously, ensuring high-quality deliverables on time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (media, creative, SEO, and data) to design and execute tailored digital strategies.
- Operate organizational platforms (Asana, Data+) and coordinate tasks across departments.
- Prepare and deliver reports, insights, and professional presentations for clients and internal teams.
- Utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney) to improve efficiency, conduct research, support brainstorming, and enhance client service.
Requirements
